Service terms
Service begins only after a written agreement defines tasks, visit frequency, service hours, access, price, expenses, responsibility and termination. No income, occupancy, continuous security or 24/7 response is guaranteed. Extra work and materials require approval. Changes and refunds follow the agreement and applicable law. Immediate danger requires emergency services.
